Michael Greenstone
Milton Friedman Distinguished Service Professor of Economics at the University of Chicago
Michael Greenstone is the Milton Friedman Distinguished Service Professor in Economics, as well as the Director of the Becker Friedman Institute and the interdisciplinary Energy Policy Institute at the University of Chicago. He previously served as the Chief Economist for President Obama’s Council of Economic Advisers, where he co-led the development of the United States Government’s social cost of carbon. Dr. Greenstone also directed The Hamilton Project, which studies policies to promote economic growth, and currently serves on its Advisory Council. He is an elected member of the American Academy of Arts and Sciences, a fellow of the Econometric Society, and a former editor of the Journal of Political Economy. Dr. Greenstone graduated with High Honors in economics from Swarthmore College and received his Ph.D. in economics from Princeton University.

Donald R. Wilson, Jr. founded his eponymous firm, DRW, based on his belief that applied modeling, technology, and quantitative research were previously under-utilized tools to identify opportunities in the global financial markets. A pioneer in modernizing and democratizing derivatives trading, Mr. Wilson has championed innovation and advocated for policies that advance fairness, efficiency, and transparency in free markets around the world. His intellectual property is used by Eris Innovations’ swap futures contracts. Under Wilson’s leadership, DRW launched Cumberland, a leading provider of crypto liquidity, in 2014, and he co-founded Digital Asset Holdings in the same year.
Mr. Wilson holds an B.A. in economics from the University of Chicago, where he now serves as a Trustee. He also is a board member of the Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children’s Hospital of Chicago Foundation. An avid sailor, Mr. Wilson won the M32 world championship in 2019.

Balaji Srinivasan
Global Head of Business Development, DRW
Balaji Srinivasan is the Global Head of Business Development at DRW. Previously, he was the Deputy Provost; Executive Vice President for Science, Innovation, and Strategy; and Chief International Officer at the University of Chicago. In that role, Dr. Srinivasan worked with University leadership and faculty in science, engineering, and technology to help coordinate and integrate the activities, external representation, and support at the University of those fields. In addition, he oversaw University efforts in growing programs and presence with non-traditional students, advanced leadership development programs across various levels of University administration, and worked with the dean of the Booth School of Business to provide oversight of entrepreneurship and innovation activities at the Polsky Center.
Prior to his tenure at the University of Chicago, Dr. Srinivasan was a Managing Director at Och-Ziff Capital Management, based in India and Hong Kong. He served as Executive Director and Vice President, Goldman Sachs Hong Kong, and worked at Jardine Fleming in Singapore, Hong Kong, and Mumbai. He holds a B.S. in mathematics from Caltech and a Ph.D. in mathematics from the University of Chicago.

Andrew Dailey is the co-founder and Managing Director of MGI Research, an independent technology research and advisory firm serving Fortune 500 companies, technology executives, and institutional investors. Prior to MGI Research, Mr. Dailey was a partner at Jetstream Group, a management consulting firm advising Fortune 500 CIOs on software procurement, negotiations, and enterprise applications strategies. Previously, he was Senior Vice President of Marketing for Baan Company, a Nasdaq and Amsterdam Exchange listed ERP software company. He began his career at Gartner Group, where he co-founded the Software Asset Management service, led the enterprise applications research in Europe, and received numerous awards for his research. Mr. Dailey has served on public and private company boards of directors, and received a B.A. in history from Swarthmore College where he was a four-time NCAA All-American in tennis.
